To play at MAGICADVENTURE we ask that you abide by these rules. The staff reserves the right to act (warning, kick, ban) in the event of a breach, depending on the severity.

1. RESPECT
- No insult, discrimination, harassment or hate speech towards other players.
- No spam, floods or advertisements from other servers in chat or on the forum.
- Respect the staff and their decisions; for disputes use the forum "Help and support" section.

2. FAIR PLAY
- Prohibited cheats, client hacks, x-rays, duplication of objects and exploitation of bugs.
- Griefing outside the rules of the Factions/territories system is prohibited.
- Report any bugs to the staff immediately instead of exploiting them: those who report will be rewarded.

3. FACTIONS AND TERRITORIES
- The claimed territories (/f claim) are protected: do not force access by means not provided for by the plugin.
- Wars between enemy factions are part of the game: raids and overclaims follow the rules of the MagixFactions plugin.
- Faction names offensive or contrary to rule 1 will be renamed ex officio.

Accounts and Security
- Do not share your Minecraft account with others.
- The account link to the site (/link) is personal: do not share the code with anyone.
- Impersonating staff or other players is not allowed.

5. PENALTIES
Each violation is worth a certain number of points: the points add up and decay over time, so those who make a mistake once do not take it with them forever and those who insist pay more.
This table is not written by hand: the server generates it from its own configuration, so it is always the one that is really applied.

Upon reaching these points, the measure is triggered:

Any measure can be challenged: on the page of the measure there is the form for appeal, and it is also accessible to those who are blocked. The permanent ban is never automatic: it is always decided by a person.
